CFW Help - OLED switch with modchip

I just got my switch modchip installed but I can't seem to figure out how to install Atmosphere. I just get the No SD screen with "no payload detected" on the side and when I check the SD card, everything in the "switch", "atmosphere", "bootloader" and "config" files has disappeared. can anyone point me to a good guide or tutorial?
