Buying TotK through Amazon, then returning it. Would it work?

So with TotK releasing in the near future, and knowing I want to play it day 1, I should buy it. This is because the shop I use on my switch (pixel shop) won’t have it available for about 14 days. So is there anything stoping me from buying the game legitimately, copying it to my SD card via Tinfoil, then just returning the game to Amazon for a full refund? If so this is the strat I’ll be using for all new releases games that come out
