So following my lurking on this sub, my v1 switch is now able to handle pretty much all the gaming i want. With CFW, i have all my switch and homebrew apps, including some older generation emulation.
I then saw about installing android using the switchroot guide. I was a little nervous as i assumed it would be pretty complicated. But it was an absolute breeze. Now i have access to my gaming pc via moonlight, as well as Xbox cloud gaming via the Xbox cloud gaming app.
I've been playing gotham knights on my switch the last few days at 60fps on ultra settings on a handheld. Occasional stuttering due to it being streamed, but it's rare and very stable.
For those of you wondering if it's worth putting android on your switch, do it! highly recommend and make your device a pocket rocket for gaming.
