N64 games on switch

so i was thinking of getting nintendo online for access to the n64 library but i cant figure out if these games will still play when im not connected to the internet. im an over the road trucker so internet isnt always available and i dont wanna have to have my phones hot spot always on when i want to play. does anyone know if these games along with all the old titles for nes, super nes and gameboy can be played offline? thanks
