Turned my switch on this morning for some reason it shows up like this?

I unplugged everything, re-plugged it back in. Tried switching HDMI ports. The TV works in color fine the switch by itself works in color fine I even switched HDMI cables to see if it’s something wrong with the cable. Tried changing my brightness and color settings on my TV. Does anybody know why this is happening or how I can fix it?
