Like every marriage it’s had its ups and downs, but I honestly think that swinging helped keep us together.

The key is taking small steps, and not pressuring her. First time may just be flirting, you guys both know that there’s ZERO pressure or expectations that anything more will happen, and just have fun and talk to people at a swinger party. Give yourselves 2-3 weeks to process, communicate and if both parties want to go further then maybe next time you both agree to kissing. Rinse and repeat until you work your way up to a full swap. It took me a year until my first swap, but my husband was patient and we communicated and I never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable with.
