What are your "rules" for play?

Girlfriend and I are beginning in the lifestyle. I know most couples have certain do's and dont's when playing with others (such as using condoms, no anal, etc). I have some ideas what our rules would be but wanted to see what everyone else does in their relationships - perhaps you have thought of something I haven't. What are your conditions for play with others?
