A question to couples who show up on club nights when single males are allowed.

I checked the attendee list for a couple of Friday night club events via SLS. In all instances, the number of single men is at least twice (sometimes more) the number of couples. So, here is my question:

How does this work practically? A guy walks up to you to start a conversation and you go through the motion of greeting and conversation before eventually letting the guy know that there is no "chemistry"? And the guy moves to another couple?

This just goes on and on?

As a couple, don't you get tired of this routine? Do clubs offer colored arm bands or some way of letting guys know that you are looking only for couples?

Is there ever a time when as soon as a guy says "hi", you say "don't bother" or "not interested"?
