Peri menopause wrecking havoc on sex/play life. Need some suggestions please

As the title says, we are having a hard time planning for any sexy play dates. Heck, our bedroom personal life is messed up to.
There will be nights when I am super horny. But then most other days/nights I have absolutely zero desire for sex.
How have other people coped up with this? What do you do? How do you keep your sex life up.
