Getting a play party started

There will be approximately 8 couples invited, some people know each other and others will only be meeting the day of the party. It’s taking place in a salt cave that’s been rented for private event (ours).
There are bathrooms but no showers or anything else but surfaces. There will be two massage tables and 1 blow up mattress. Piped in music 🎶 will be playing but how do you get the party started? What if there are people left out? Some of the women might want to be together and that leaves some men standing around doing nothing.
Any helpful pointers would be appreciated.
