Broken SLS Certification help

We recently met up with a couple the other night and hit it off immediately. We decided upon parting ways that we would certify each other. The problem is that while we received a very from them and it’s live on our profile, it appears they never received the one that we wrote. However if I try to send another certification it displays an error saying that one was already sent. I know it’s a small thing, but we would like to return the favor. I know it’s likely just one of the many quirks with the site, but is there anything we can do to remedy this?
