The fear of rejection is a part of life... acceptance and connection are biological needs, so it follows that the fear of being rejected, of not finding that acceptance and connection would also be present. And we all know that attraction is personal. You're not going to be attracted to everybody, and not everybody is going to be attracted to you.
But I still see a lot of people struggling with that fear of rejection. This week's episode of The Confident Swinger Podcast is about the fear of being rejected.
If it's not something you struggle with, AWESOME! To be honest I don't really struggle with it either. But I know so many people do, even swingers. And I know that it holds them back from what they really want.
I'm leaving the link to the episode for Apple Podcast and also for Buzzsprout. And I'm asking for other people's thoughts about overcoming the fear of rejection.
