Hello all! We are a 38M/34F couple looking to experiment with another woman. We've been searching for a few years now with zero luck, so we're looking for a little guidance.

We're both professionals, in decent shape, fairly good looking. However, we're both pretty shy, so our search has been largely confined to the internet, and mostly here on Reddit. We post regularly on a variety of subreddits to cast a wide net.

While we do get a fair number of responses to our posts, all of our respondents seem to fall into the same three categories:

1. About 99% of people who message us are guys or couples, despite the fact that our posts emphatically stating that we are only interested in single women.
2. We do hear from some ladies, but the majority of them seem interested only in sexting and/or trading pics. We understand there's a strong likelihood that those people are actually guys, or otherwise not who they say they are. In any event, they can't hold a real conversation to save their lives, which is frustrating for us because we are looking to do this with someone we can be friends with and not just a one-dimensional sex doll.
3. Occasionally we get responses from real, genuine people who, like us, are looking to spice up their sex lives, but they all seem to have absolutely no attention span - they'll text us all day, but after a good night's sleep we'll never hear from them again.

Is there a better way to go about finding what we're looking for, or is this just par for the course? Can the traditional online dating apps be used for our purposes? We'd give Tinder a try, but we're given to understand that they don't permit couple profiles and/or pictures without faces.
