I've seen a lot of issues in the 16 years that I've been swinging that have stemmed from communication problems within people's relationships. I think a lot of it stems from not knowing HOW to have effective communication. I know the problems that I've had in my own relationship have all stemmed from ineffective communication. We have a great relationship, we have a lot of trust, respect, and consideration for each other, but that doesn't mean that we have always known how to communicate.
