How to manage the post-play "drop"?

When I really enjoy myself in a group scenario, inevitably a couple days later I experience a distinct "drop" in my mood. Like a sudden onset, moderate depression when previously everything was sunshine and roses. It never happens after 1:1 play.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I'm gentle with myself when it happens and currently just try to do extra self care, but it sucks. It's bad enough that it's making the whole experience less enjoyable and causing me some anxiety around possible play dates, since I know it's coming if I am (ha).
