Have been considering a first trip to a resort, and have read a bunch on the differences between Desire RM, Pearl, Hedonism, and Temptations (not quite the same level as the others toward open swinging based on descriptions). It looks like RM is the best fit for us - based on reading online.

Ideally we'd like to go in the summer, but availability is very low. I do see a few days here and there during a week and was wondering how week days compare to weekends there. Are they a lot slower, less action, different crowd, different expectations?

We might tag on a day or two at either end at Temptations or just a vanilla resort or hotel around the area also to add some vacation time. We have been to a few clubs, and met a few people online, but find we seem to do best and enjoy a bit more set up time with another couple to "get to know you" before we are comfortable swapping. We've found at the local club, we usually wind up having a good time just mingling and connect with a couple, and then in the play area find out they aren't full swap, and other couples in the play area who ask us to swap then - we don't want to jump right in because we haven't spoken to them yet. So generally we think a resort will allow us more mingling time with more couples to find people we are comfortable with, in the right place at the right time. To be clear, we have swapped before - but it was meeting a couple the next day after the club. So thoughts on resort suitability for that, as well as daily differences would be appreciated.
