After back-to-back bad experiences, my wife thinks it's her...

We had some new friends over to our pool over the weekend and started to play with them as the night progressed. We were all having fun and enjoying ourselves but ultimately the other husband wasn't able to perform. Our last full swap about a month ago with a different couple led to the same outcome. My wife is taking it personally and thinks that its her. I've tried to reassure her that it isn't as did the other husband and wife this past weekend but it is still bothering her. Any advice or words of wisdom to try to make her feel better would be greatly appreciated.

I've got my own little blue helpers but I don't feel comfortable sharing them with other people. If something happened and they have a reaction I don't want to be on the hook for that. Also, we are all adults so that is his responsibility as an adult male in this lifestyle, no?
