We looked up at all other posts and didn’t find a great list. We are seeing same couple for the 3rd time in last 2 months and it got us curious. We don’t swing often and we really try to match demographics. Married, children, age etc so the couples we do meet could very well be what our type would be… . We believe we have a very strong marriage so it’s personally not a great concern but it’s something we know can be a risk. We noticed there wasn’t a good thread that captured all the great advice. ..

1-We’ve limited any communication to group chat; 2-Not chatted other than to arrange next meet up 3-Same room only 4-no sleeping/Cuddling separately 5- try to keep in person conversation superficial
