Not officially a couple but teaming up to fulfil fantasies in the LS. Will this effect a future relationship?

Me (m) and this girl I met on a swinging website have started to become very close and there have been talks of a relationship starting. Both of us are LS virgins but want to fulfil some fantasies and see if we enjoy it.
Is this a risky move considering we aren't an established couple?
Will this effect a future relationship with this girl?
My thinking behind going into the LS without being in a relationship was, less emotion attached to eachother so we are less likely to feel jealousy and more likely to enjoy the moment.
Any advice would be appreciated.
