Is there anyway to politely tell someone that their behavior is the reason no one plays with them?

Post Body
We have ran into this couple on a few occasions and recently played in a group setting with them. The male half of this couple has the worst habit of narrating and commenting on anything that is going on, even before things really get started. He'll start with something like 'you two girls would look hot together' or 'what if you two would kiss?' and it just escalates from there. In the group setting it got ridiculous. It is such a turn off, we are all here we can see what is going on. It strikes me as immature and I find myself repulsed. we left way sooner then I would have liked, if I didn't have to hear his constant dialogue. Is there polite way to say stop it?
