Overall, great. We went with friends and their RV.

1. Location is in the middle of nowhere, which is what you want. Resort is secluded, surrounded by a tall fence. Gated. 40 RVs, 4 cabins. You can rent some RVs and the cabins. Some couples leave their RV there all year and come every weekend. Everything is fairly new, well maintained. Bathrooms, showers are super clean. Awesome pool, giant hot tub. You have to bring all your food and drinks, nothing is sold there. Kroger and Walmart are 14 miles away.

2. Inside most people walk around naked all day, except 9 pm- 12 am at the night club, then naked again in the hot tub. Some ladies dropped their clothes on the dance floor and in the flogging area.

3. Guests are mostly in their 50s-60s. This weekend had no theme, was not a takeover by swingers, but almost everyone there was a swinger. Owner/manager lives on premises and is really friendly. It is couples only; one couple came with their 25-yr old daughter which could have been awkward but was not, her and her mother being super chatty and friendly.

4. Typical day is spent at the pool, back to the RV to eat, back to the pool. You can play on beds by the pool as long as you pull the curtains. There are rules about no sex outside those beds, like you have to take the party back to your RV, to avoid offending the nudists, but there was sex going on in the hot tub, curtains were left open. The unwritten rule there seems to be: ladies can do whatever they want, guys have to go by the rules. So 2 women can have sex in public, or blow a guy. As long as the woman initiates, it's fine.

5. Everyone is super friendly, and everyone talks to everyone. That said, outside takeovers, i would recommend to go with friends, so you will be certain to play. We played with our friends Friday night and Saturday morning. Then we played with other people on Saturday night, and again with our friends on Sunday morning. The play session with others was initialed on Friday night for us, but our friends had not spoken to anyone, so we held back, and it took them until Saturday at midnight to finally make their move.
