Advice on breaking ice - naked swimming

Wife and I are invited to a friend of a friend’s house for some skinny dipping in the pool. It’s just the four of us; in the past there has been a lot of flirting and talking about things but never play.. it’s just us 4 this time . We are much more experienced and they’ve not really done much in past; whether it was nerves or trepidation, things never really got going.
Anyway good ideas; I imagine it won’t be that hard as we are all naked , but their lack of experience and past false starts makes us pause.
