Ideas on how to meet new couples while still maintaining social distance

So we have been chatting with this couple for 6 months (seems like longer) and both parties are eager to meet but not sure how we do that. We have a high risk parent living with us, so can’t take risks of getting covid and passing it on to him. Please no flaming this is not a political statement, just protecting my dad. Suggestions.
