Differences between New York City couples-only clubs?

We’re a couple in our late thirties from Europe who will be visiting New York City. The Swinger Resources page is a great start to identify a few clubs, but I’d like your experiences to understand the differences. On our shortlist are: - Bowery Bliss - Checkmate - Caligula
We are specifically looking for couples-only nights, so without single men. (Pendulum NYC looks like it isn’t couples-only, right?)
For comparison, European clubs we enjoy are Fun4Two and Fata Morgana in Holland or Le Boudoir in London, so average age of 30ies/40ies. Bonus points if the venue has facilities to play, like sufficient playrooms, showers, lockers, etc.
