Building a house/looking for fun swinger ideas

Hey guys, we are building a house and I’m looking for ideas that we can have the builder incorporate to make it a sexy place to host a party every now and then. It can’t be anything outlandish due to kids. We already have have huge spa shower on the list in the master and an in ground hot tub on the deck. Any other ideas?
