The Private Affair (TPA) is located in the middle of freaking no where, Maryland. Really. Once we got off I-95, it took us through the woods, where I was convinced we'd be attacked by bears or something. That said, once we got there, it was a nice experience.

The club itself is a little dated / run of the mill cheesy swinger vibe to it. It has a ton of play rooms, all with their own themes. BDSM, an orgy room, a Halloween room, doctor office, etc. For us, when it came time to play we picked what we thought was just a lightly decorated room, with some pink on the walls. I guess we were all too horny to realize the pictures of unicorns, pink everywhere, motivational quotes...it was the high school girl themed room. Big yikes once we realized that.

Rooms are first come / first serve, no time limit. We started to play around 12ish, and despite the number of them, they started filling up fast around then.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was our first time there, so they gave us a quick tour and had some small chat. The bartenders were great, and quick. Everything was clean, I didn't feel worried about that aspect.

We went pretty late at night, so we didn't get to experience the pool at all. It looks nice though.

Clientele was mostly those in their late 30's through 50's. Big mix of shapes, sizes, and races. For sure not the upper class type of swinger club clientele though - not many who were there would be found in a Parisian club. We drive a Prius, but saw mostly pick up trucks in the parking lot, if that helps paint a picture? That's not a criticism, just an observation. Either way, everyone was extremely friendly and seemed like all were having a great time.

We were lucky enough to hit it off with a couple who were very much our type - if they weren't there though, then likely would have just been my wife and I playing together.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience. It's not the club for everyone, but as long as you go into it not expecting high class, then no reason you can't have a very good time with good people.
