Questions about etiquette at overseas clubs...

We are planning to visit Fun4Two outside Amsterdam in January. While weāve been to clubs in the US and Desire in Mexico, weāve never been to a club in Europe.
Is everything pretty much the same? Are there any dos and donāt s we should know about? The Fun4Two website mentions a ādress codeā song at 22:30. Whatās that all about?
