How long did you wait after having a baby/ how long postpartum before swinging again?

Hi all. My wife and I are not new to swinging, but we recently had a baby 11 weeks ago and took a break while she was pregnant. She's feeling embarrassed to get back into the "swing" of things because she was extremely fit before. Not trying to rush her at all. I want her to feel comfortable. I think she already looks great again. Just curious how long other women waited before swinging again after having a baby, especially if you were extremely fit before.
