I'm here asking for some advice. So me and my SO have been together for 6 years and we started talking about mfm, ffm, swinging, 4somes etc etc about two years ago. But my girlfriend is sort of shy so sometimes she is all about it and sometimes she's hesitant. I never really push for it but it comes up every so often.

So before she said that she is as OK with ffm and she wanted to try mfm. But wanted to start with a same room 4some without swapping to ease out way into it. It came up again recently but this time she sort of shrugged. So I got more specific ffm? No. 4some? No. Mfm? Yes. Now I don't mind the mfm because in truth that's also one of my fantasys. To watch someone else have sez with my girlfriend while she blows me or visversa. But I also wanted to try a ffm and 4some as well.

So in short my questions are 1. Any tips on making her feel more comfortable in general with the swinging. 2. Any tips on how to talk to get about the other two besides just mfm? 3. Any general tips for swinging and getting started.
