My girlfriend (F24) and I (M21) have talked about swinging in the past. By “talked,” I mean I brought it up, and she immediately shut it down, even asking me never to mention it again. However, recently, she’s started bringing it up herself. She’s mentioned that while she’s warming up to the idea, she’s not comfortable or confident about it at this point.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation where one partner was initially opposed to swinging? Did you both decide against it, or did the other person eventually come around? If so, what changed their perspective?
