I've been curious about something within the swinging lifestyle, particularly regarding threesomes involving two men and one woman (MFM). Have there been instances where the female partner becomes emotionally involved with one of the other men and starts seeing him without her primary partner's knowledge? In other words, how often does cheating happen in these situations?
