Sex clubs near the Poconos?

My wife and I have been talking for years about playing with another couple. We want to start slow and check out a sex club. Maybe just play with each other amongst other people. That would definitely check some boxes for us. Every year we go away for a weekend to the Poconos and we were wondering if there's any clubs any area that we could check out to finally make this happen.
