Performance anxiety and stress

So just like many new people(been in the LS for about nine months) I had another little incident with some performance anxiety that pretty much ruined my night for me. It’s really hard to see my wife having such a good time and then me not being able to do anything and of course the woman I was with was very attractive which made it even worse. I’ve broke down and ordered blue chew, but I’m just curious to hear from other people. What is y’all’s go to for combating this? every time it happens it’s like a blow to the confidence and just makes things worse and makes me nervous to do it again. I’m 27 if that is needed info.
