Sexy luxury accommodation in Milan?

Hi, we're going to have an evening with a couple in Milan which is quite special to us, we would like it to be memorable. What we have in mind is a sexy apartment. Hotel rooms are too small (we need a sofa and a sofa table to have drinks and....) and we can't afford a 5-star hotel suite. We actually can afford the Grand Hotel or the Principe di Savoia suites but they are not sexy at all, quite off-putting- Any ideas/experiences?
