Red Rooster Vegas on Sunday Nights

My wife, myself, and a guy friend of ours are visiting Vegas from 11/3-11/6 and we’re looking at lifestyle/social clubs to go to Sunday night after we get in on the 3rd. Green Door is what naturally pops up first in searches, but recently we’ve come across Red Rooster and it allows couples and solo guys on Sundays.
Has anyone been recently and can share what the general vibe is on Sunday? The website calls it “Swing Shift Swim” and “Come As You Are Night” but not sure what that means. Could 100% be overthinking it though.
