Is No Oral A Deal Breaker?

So, I have a question for couples and singles, this was a topic of conversation that popped up between myself, my SO and someone else. It made me honestly curious what others think or feel on the topic.
In essence, if one party is not into oral or just started oral with their own partner but feels that their boundary is absolutely no oral with anyone else, just hand play then to sex (or that they don't mind receiving but won't reciprocate), is that a deal breaker for some of you or not?
