Any tools to help align boundaries and interest?

We’re starting up after a year of break. Even though we have been in the lifestyle in the past, we find our self not that great at setting boundaries and expressing what we want to try.
are there any tools out there like a questionnaire that both could fill out to better align? It could then be turned into easy rules to refer back to when it’s unclear.
