How have I never heard of this, and why have I never seen it done?

From the pics I saw it's pretty obvious when a penis has had fillers added, they don't look exactly natural, but they are incredibly girthy (and thats what matters right?)

I was comparing this to the fact that I would say the majority of women we have encountered in the lifestyle have had breast augmentation done (me included, i did fat transfer 10 years ago, and absolutely love my tits, i went from a B cup to DD after 2 procedures and the brava system beforehand).

I would say augmented breasts don't necessarily look naturual (some do, but most of the ones we have seen went for sizing that makes appearing or feeling natural an impossibility), but a lot of women choose to have them done even though there are more complication possibilities and its a way bigger ordeal than having fillers added to a dick. From looking at some studies I get there are some possible filler complications, but once again, way fewer than with breast implants.

So why aren't more men having this done? It's cheaper than breast augmentation, from the doctor's experience it lasts for about 5 years, doesn't affect penile sensation or cause ED, and unlike breast implants, it doesn't need to be redone every 10ish years (thats why I choose fat transfer, i didn't want to have to keep having surgeries for the rest of my life).

So any thoughts on this? If you are someone who wouldn't play with a man who had dick fillers added, do you also feel the same about women who had breasts implants done? Im not a size queen, but I do like girthy cocks...

I'd be interested in hearing if anyone had any experiences with a enlarged penis, either from the point of view of having done it themselves, or getting on one...
