We just hosted three parties in a row (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). We respectively had 25 people, 65 people, 30 people. Everything went great, thanks to little things.
invite a limited number of people you don't know well. It is great to have a core group of friends that will come to most of your parties. They make the party safer (if anything bad happens, they will immediately tell you). They are also your go-to people if you need to play. New people also like that you have friends you have been playing with for 10 years: there must be something good about you if you have 10-year long friendships.
spend more time with the new people: introduce them to everyone else, don't let them sit in a corner, get to know them better, be their wingman. "Hey everyone, this is John and Jane, it's their first party ever, they are from Illinois, they like the Packers, do not hold it against them." And an hour later "hey, I think you should really go talk to Brian and Brenna, I think you would be a great match. Come with me".
Get the party started. Like, just go for it. "Y'all, I just turned the hot tub on, let's get naked". "We are having a blow job contest in the hot tub, all the guys sit on the ledge!". "Touch my boobs, they are real".
Ask people how their evening is going. "Are you good?". "Can I get you a new drink?". "How come you are not in the pool with everyone else?". This sounds a bit blunt, but it works!
Get sexy conversations started. "All right everyone, where is the craziest place you ever had sex?". "Best experience, worst experience in the lifestyle?"
Because remember: the KPI for a successful LS party is what percentage of people play at least once.
