Last August, my husband, and I stopped splitting hairs, nitpicking everything and overthinking, and went to our first bar takeover!

Had a great time, we brought another female experienced LS friend with us (who ended up being our third that night for our first FFM/FMF)

The following month we went to another one, just he, and I as she was out of town, and we had fun, did not connect. Anyone did not speak with anybody kinda kept to ourselves, but had a great night back at our hotel together. It was fun sitting there, people watching, commenting to each other, and just enjoy the sexy atmosphere. That is one of the things I love about that!

Fast forward, and here we are a year later, and basically have not attended any events or done anything fun. Have met up with our third a couple times together, and he has met up with her individually a few times as well!

So, decided to do our first hotel takeover. He is super super super leery of the entire thing, …. just from a what to expect and his comfort zone. I have read and read and read so much, I know I will still be surprised, and I know I will be nervous, I’m nervous already! He keeps assuring me that I am not ready for this, I am going to be uncomfortable. (Projecting for sure! Lol)

Any hints, suggestions, anything to make this go smoothly? It is his actual birthday, and wondering if I should let it be known (he is very outgoing as compared to me).

Also, his 1 female friend wants to go with us as well. She is a lot of fun, outgoing, and a great person to break the ice and get everyone comfortable. But at the same time, I don’t want this to sound horrible… I want the opportunity to chat with and meet other people. I don’t know if it is weird to tell her she is there with us, but can do her own thing as well or how to handle that. I don’t want to hurt her feelings and say anything wrong. Because of course we would love her to join us, but we also want to take this as an opportunity to speak with other people and meet other people because so far it’s just the three of us lol. (She has other friends and couples btw)
