Clubs in Canton Ticino

Hello everyone! I know this is a fairly specific question about a small geographic region, but not having found much info via reddit search I think this is where I have the highest probability of getting help.
Would anyone know of swingers clubs, if any, in the Canton Ticino area of Switzerland? I found something in the Zurich area, but it is too far away since I will be going there a couple of days and won't be able to move too far. From my searches I have only found night clubs/brothels where escorts are found (which are legal in Switzerland) but they are not in my interest. I thank in advance those who can answer me.
