TL;DR: We loved it!

Context: We are a couple (37,40) visiting Barcelona from the Bay Area (US). We've never swapped, but we have been to a couple of clubs in Europe and the US, and some sex-positive parties in Germany (that we really liked it). We weren't looking for swaps; so far, we're happy just watching other couples and parallel play.

Our experiences with LS clubs until Oops hadn't been amazing. They were fun to go to once and experience, but not something my partner wanted to repeat. From other swing clubs, what we didn't like was that they often allowed in too many single guys and no vetting, allowing creeps or pushy guys in, the environment often felt cheap, or the audience wasn't attractive to our taste (often all these things at once).

But because I couldn't find a single bad review of Oops, and we were in Barcelona, we decided to give it a try. And boy I'm glad we did.

We arrived at the house at 12:30 AM after struggling to get an Uber/Taxi (not easy in Barcelona these days). The house is on the outskirts of Barcelona, in a nice residential neighborhood. We got there and thought there was nobody because it was so quite, then we saw the door and line inside (they have good sound insulation) There were quite a few people there already, but it was still not busy. Things picked up around 1/1:30 AM.

The dress code isn't strict at all. While waiting in line, we saw that it was okay for guys to wear shorts, jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts. Girls always dress better in any club we went to, and here was no different. We were a bit worried about the relaxed dress code and that they would allow in single male creeps like some of the other clubs, but that was not the case at all. I don't know if they control the door or not; we didn't see rejections while we waited, but this place had ZERO creeps, not a single pushy person, and somehow the vast majority of people, both girls and guys, were attractive and in our age range (a lot of people were fit too, but I think that's the norm in Barcelona anyway).

You get 4 drinks included with the admission fee and a wristband with a number, which you use to unlock the lockers and to get more drinks. They take your phones (this is great). I really liked the idea of not having to carry a wallet and just using the wristband to get drinks. There are multiple bars throughout the house, and the staff is super friendly.

The house is big! It has 4 floors, including a rooftop and a little dungeon underground, plus a ton of outside space, a pool, and a dance floor separate from the house. Everything is well decorated, not cheesy or cheap like some other places we visited in the US. You get a locker, towels, and flip-flops. Most people were in towels or lingerie after 2 AM.

A lot of people spent quite a bit of time outside around the pool. The clubs we had been to in the US/Europe felt a bit more like most people go there just to have sex and go home quickly after 2h. These places tend to start at 12 or 1 AM and empty out at 3 AM at most - but at Oops, the place got busy (but never too busy) at ~1 AM and stayed quite active until 5 AM (we left at 6 AM). A lot of people would hang out at the pool or some of the other outside areas, chat a ton, drink a bit, and then go into the house rooms or into some of the corners of the outside area to get into some action, and then come back to hang out again. By 3 AM, the pool was full of couples in the water too. There were quite a few groups of people that seemed to know each other already.

The whole place felt like the most natural club we had been to. We didn't interact with other couples more than a quick couple of chats around the pool and some parallel play, but this was the first place where my partner felt like a swap would be an option next time.

The only con I can think of is that the two largest rooms were a bit too dark. They could be just a bit brighter, but I'm nitpicking now.

10 out of 10 experience. We are very bummed out that the Bay Area doesn't have a club like Oops, and we were in Barcelona for just one weekend. I hope we get to return many times in the future.
