Hey sub. I’ve been a long time lurker, low commenter (as I’m ENM as a solo M)

I’m thinking about getting a hotel room hosting an orgy sometime soon, made up of my playmates (mostly couples). I think the chemistry would be there for a lot of mutual chemistry and matched interest.

I’ve tried to get this to happen before with mixed results. Anyone have tips for making sure my friends feel comfortable and ready to mix? Everyone is very experienced and cool, so I’m not worried about bad case situations really. Just want to melt the ice quickly and make sure the fun happens and goes for a nice long time. Do I describe my friends to each other? Do I budget an hour or two up front for drinks?

I’d love to set up lots of little meet-and-greets amongst these folks, but schedules are tough, and I’m feeling like the mostly likely thing is to put a date on the calendar and send out invites.

Anyone else have experience with stuff like this?
