Men who overcame performance anxiety: What helped you the most, both in general and in the moment? What can your partner do to help you out in these situations?
My husband often suffers from performance anxiety during threesomes, foursomes, or any other type of group sex. This anxiety often leads to difficulties with maintaining an erection, which can spoil the entire experience for him. We have great communication, and we've discussed ways to help him out. However, I'm here to see other perspectives and possibly learn some new trick strategies. Thanks in advance!
