HIV? Bad one. But per CDC the risk from oral is “extremely low” and far lower than vaginal sex (as opposed to your stats). I’d also defy you to find someone who has even contracted hiv orally.

HPV? Also tough and untreatable. But also a ubiquitous human virus most adults who have had multiple partners carry some strain of. So damn near impossible to avoid. However, the high risk cancer types have a vaccine. Many younger swingers are eligible to get this or probably have had it. It is true that it’s tied to some head and neck cancers, but the overall incidence of head/neck/throat cancers in non smokers is so small that….
