Advice on moving from the discussion to actually doing it?

Wife has expressed interest in same room and some soft swapping. How do I make her comfortable to getting to the point where it becomes real? I know to take it slow but wanted to see if there is any porn/role play or any other advice for moving it from a conversation to action.

I think finding people she is super comfortable with is key. Let her take the lead, be supportive and attentive, talk lots and check in and make sure it is a truly shared experience and with people who are mindful and supportive and caring.
