My wife and I are visiting Palm Springs from Friday, August 9th through Sunday, August 11th only for an SMI action weekend. We do plan to be at sea mountain Friday evening ( after 6 pm) and all day and night on Saturday. For the first time, we are considering to stay onsite. In past, we have always purchased day and night pass only.

I have a few questions:

1. Are room two queen or single king bed ?

2. Do they hold credit card or charge upfront?

3. Is music too loud and can be heard/annoying in rooms ?

4. What are the benefits of staying onsite in terms of getting action? In-room vs playroom.

5. Do they allow two couples in a single room for a few hours or they strictly apply one couple - one room policy?
