ENM “swinging” (not poly) book recommendations for my wife.

I am looking for a good book or two to read myself and vet then give to my wife to read. Please don’t recommend The Ethical Slut. Made it maybe halfway through the audio book and have no intention of going further. Don’t understand why it’s recommended so much. Maybe 30 years ago it was the thing to read but not so much today.

I am currently most of the way through Open Deeply by Kate Lorre and it much better but focuses on Poly relationships. There is a lot of great information in it but with the focus being so much on poly I’m not sure I want to push it on my wife to read.

Also started The Jealousy Workbook by Kathy Labriola weeks ago but didn’t get far into it.

Looking for something less focused on Poly and more about regular swinger dynamics that deal with fear and jealousy.

Thanks in advance.

The Ethical Slut is garbage but there are so few books written on the subject that its recommended a lot. Its also pretty "meh" on the swinger side.

I've contemplated writing a book for a while on the subject, I'm just too lazy, maybe I'll get motivated for it.

But you won't find a lot of good writing on swinging, because honestly, its pretty boring and doesn't require a lot of hand waving and mental gymnastics like an open marriage or poly does.

Swinging at its core hasn't changed a whole lot since forever (maybe more bi activities) when it was more commonly known as "wife swapping".

Its just sex, sometimes anonymous, usually mostly anonymous. Other than the initial jealousy or mistakes like "trying poly" swinging is pretty much a fun without a lot of the ENM risk. Its boring but your wife might be like I was and need to over think things.
