Condoms/Lube?

We use non-latex condoms and have been using a water based lube called "slippery stuff". Is seems to work ok, but dries out too quickly. Recently, we played with a couple and she broke out some coconut based lube with a paste like consistency and it worked pretty good. So, my question is; what works best with condoms and what does everyone use with or without condoms?
