So my husband and I finally went to a swingers club. We had such a success and everyone was SO welcoming!! The environment was fun, zero pressure, and nice to see all sizes, orientations, ethnicities at this club! It was a healthy mix of people just having a good time and very accepting of everyone. We had a great time at this club and I think, because we are new to the LS and have low expectations, we had an awesome time together last night! We also became members in-person. We weren't sure if we could do that, online it says that you have to be members to get in, and no one answered the phone when we called, so we just took a shot in the dark (no pun intended) and showed up and they allowed us to sign up on the spot. Really glad we got to have this first experience. The red-room felt very safe, the people were very respectful, and we felt comfortable enough to have sex in front of others last night. We also had a few people try to get us to go back to their rooms, but we're new and want to enjoy slowly doing more and more with people. For anyone on the fence about S&S, I say just go. There's probably someone there for you to mingle with. Most of the people looked like they were in their late 30s, early 40s. My husband is in his 40s and I'm in my early 30s. There were people in their 70s and people that looked to be in their early 20s. It wasn't packed, but there were a decent amount of people there! It was relatively tame, which is good for beginners like ourselves. There wasn't a ton of action going on, besides the red-room, which mostly looked like people having sex with their partners in there (that's what we did). We did have some people come over and watch and we watched others as well, but still, relatively tame for what we were expecting. You can be naked pretty much in every area of the place, but for the most part, people had their clothes on. There was a glory-hole that I'd love to try at some point, but no one was using it and because we are so new, we're not going to do that on our first night! Anyways, feel free to ask any questions that I might be able to answer. I think one of things about these type places, is you can't go off of the reviews, you just have to go. Every night is different, we got really lucky that the atmosphere and people there last night were all super friendly and fun to hangout with!
